Built and managed the virtual data room architecture for a multi-billion dollar infrastructure disposition. Coordinated document flows across legal, financial, and operational workstreams spanning multiple jurisdictions. The process required handling thousands of sensitive documents under strict confidentiality protocols while keeping buyer-side and seller-side teams synchronised across time zones.
Corporate Governance & Subsidiary Administration
Maintained the corporate governance infrastructure for a multinational telecommunications group: board materials, subsidiary records, compliance frameworks, and regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions. The kind of work that is invisible when done well and catastrophic when done poorly.
International Dispute Architecture
Coordinated the operational and documentary infrastructure for ICC arbitration proceedings. Managed cross-jurisdictional case materials, liaised between legal teams and institutional stakeholders, and maintained the evidentiary chain across a multi-year dispute process. The work demanded absolute precision in document handling and an ability to hold the full procedural picture while managing day-to-day logistics.
